Snow White Princess Cake
For my friend's daughter's 4th birthday, she asked me if I could do a Snow White princess dress cake that are so popular right now.
We make a Barbie one at work, but I have never been decorating on the days when those come in, so I hadn't actually made one before. But their construction is seemingly simple and so I told her no problem.I think the cake turned out really well, even though I can see a lot of flaws that I would have fixed if I had more time or forethought.

I've seen so many hideous doll cakes before... I think this may be the first one I've seen that actually looks good. Really good, in fact. So good that I may just have to have a Disney princess-themed 38th birthday and commission a cake from you. :)
